IDEA - Matthew Williamson for Dulux 'Let's Colour'

The fabulous British designer Matthew Williamson is involved with a great project called Let's Colour from Dulux. It's a global initiative hoping to transform communities through the use of colour. People can nominate a space they think needs brightening up at Let'sColour.co.uk and Dulux is donating £1m a year to the Let's Colour Fund starting this year. Which means that by buying the brand's products we are helping too.

Williamson has kicked things off by giving a community space a fresh new look using one of his iconic prints. He was the perfect designer as his use of bright and vibrant colour is renowned. Take a look at the results below...

Before: A typically drab and forgotten looking community centre.
And After: A model and the much-loved Dulux dog shoe off the colourful new design. What do you think?

You can find out more about the project and the sorts of charities and communities it works with over at the Let's Colour website.
