I had some friends over for dinner the other day. We're starting a little weekly 'come dine with me' without the score cards (or voice over). I didn't have much in the cupboard as I hadn't been shopping but threw together chicken with mozzarella, wrapped in bacon. It was super yummy! I served it up with some seasoned chips and honey roasted carrot, parsnip and red pepper. All washed down with a couple of glasses of wine of course.
